| The following countries have made recent changes to their dialing procedures: | |
| Mexico | |
| | Effective Nov 4, 2006, a customer calling from the USA to a wireless number in Mexico must dial 011, country code 52, then a 1 and then the 10-digit local wireless number. |
| | Effective August 1, 2007, calls to a wireless number in Mexico will include an additional per minute wireless temination surcharge (WTC) of $0.15. |
| Costa Rica | |
| | Effective March 20, 2008, all telephone numbers are eight digits. All fixed lines have a 2 added at the beginning of the number, and all cellular lines have an 8 added at the beginning of the number. |
