Beaumont, Texas and Reno, Nevada Broadband Usage Allowances:

(a) Customers who subscribe to AT&T High Speed Internet in Reno, Nevada, on or after November 1, 2008, customers who subscribe to AT&T High Speed Internet in Beaumont, Texas, on or after December 1, 2008, and customers who subscribe to AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet on or after November 15, 2008: AT&T High Speed Internet customers in Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Northern Nye, Pershing, Storey, or Washoe counties in Nevada who subscribe to Service on or after November 1, 2008, and AT&T High Speed Internet customers in Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange, Southern Angelina, Southern Sabine or Tyler counties in Texas who subscribe to Service on or after December 1, 2008, will have a monthly bandwidth usage allowance based upon the plan purchased as outlined below. AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet customers in Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Northern Nye, Pershing, Storey, or Washoe counties in Nevada who subscribe to Service on or after November 15, 2008, will have a monthly bandwidth usage allowance based upon the plan purchased as outlined below.

Basic*: 20 GB/mo.
Express: 40 GB/mo.
Pro: 60 GB/mo.
Elite: 80 GB/mo.
Max**: 150 GB/mo.

*Basic only available with AT&T High Speed Internet (DSL).
**Max only available with AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet.

Customers who exceed usage in a given month, must pay $1.00 per Gigabyte (“GB”) in excess of the usage allowance. For example, customers who subscribe to AT&T High Speed Internet Basic (20 GB/mo. usage allowance) and use 24 GB in one month, will be charged an additional $4.00 for that month. Customers are responsible for all broadband usage that originates or terminates at the address associated with their account. Any charges for exceeding the usage allowance within a given month will appear on the Internet page of the next bill and be identified as Internet Usage. Usage information is based on the calendar month and not on the billing period.  Charges for partial GBs will be rounded up.
 
AT&T will notify customers when they reach 80% of their monthly usage allowance. In addition, customers may check their usage anytime at http://broadband-usage.att.com.  

(b) Customers who subscribed to AT&T High Speed Internet service in Reno, Nevada,  prior to November 1, 2008, Customers who subscribed to AT&T High Speed Intertnet service in Beaumont, Texas, prior to December 1, 2008,  and Customers who subscribed to AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet prior to November 15, 2008: Customers who subscribed to AT&T High Speed Internet in Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Esmeralda, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Northern Nye, Pershing, Storey, or Washoe counties in Nevada prior to November 1, 2008, and customers who subscribed to AT&T High Speed Internet service in Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Newton, Orange, Southern Angelina, Southern Sabine or Tyler counties in Texas prior to December 1, 2008, are not subject to the tiered usage allowances above. AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet customers in and Churchill, Douglas, Esmeralda, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Pershing, Storey, Washoe, or Carson City counties in Nevada who subscribed to Service prior to November 15, 2008, are not subject to the tiered usage allowances above.  Beginning December 15, 2008,  customers in this group who use more than 150 GB in one month will be placed into a bandwidth usage trial group. If the customer exceeds 150 GB after being placed into the trial group, the customer will be charged $1.00 per GB used in excess of the monthly usage allowance. AT&T will notify customers when they reach 80% of their monthly usage allowance. In addition, customers may check their usage anytime at www.broadband-usage.att.com.
